Tree Plantation Program and Environmental Awareness Campaign:-
Humans are continuously cutting trees for their own convenience. Due to the shortage of trees, the environment has become imbalanced, making plantation essential to maintain ecological balance.
As time passes, if we do not pay attention, both the present and future generations will suffer.
Keeping this in mind, Sundar Samaj Parivartan Sansthan conducted plantation drives in several areas including Chandauli, especially in tehsils like Chakia, Shahabganj, Naugarh, and villages like Amda, Banwasi, Shahkund, Pipari, Bansgaon, Rithi, Sahdeypur, Gajokhar, Pahadpur, Lodhan, Nagepur, Parsia, Deokhar, Janardhanpur, Purwa, Bichhiya, Rajdhani, etc.
In these areas and nearby panchayat locations, around 120 plants were distributed and planted free of cost.
On the occasion of World Environment Day, a special event was organized in the Naugarh tehsil of Ramna and Chohan village to raise awareness among villagers about environmental conservation.
Villagers were informed about the importance of trees such as mango, neem, banyan, guava, peepal, and saijan (drumstick). About 50 saplings were distributed free of cost and people were inspired to plant and care for trees.

मनुष्य अपनी सुविधा के लिए लगातार पेड़ों को काट रहा है। पेड़ों की कमी के कारण पर्यावरण असंतुलित हो गया है। संतुलन बनाए रखने के लिए पौधरोपण आवश्यक है।
समय रहते यदि सजग नहीं हुए तो आने वाला समय और भी भयानक होगा।
इसको ध्यान में रखते हुए संस्था सुंदर समाज परिवर्तन संस्था द्वारा चंदौली के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों जैसे- चकिया, नौगढ़, शाहबगंज, सदर, आदि ब्लॉकों के गांव जैसे – अमदा, बनवासी, शाहकुंड, पीपरी, बंसीकुण्ड, रिठी, सहदेईपुर, गजोंखर, पहाड़पुर, लोधान, नागेपुर, परसिया, देवखर, जनार्दनपुर, पुरवा, बिछिया, राजधानी, आदि गांवों में व उनके पंचायत क्षेत्र के आसपास पौधें निःशुल्क वितरित किए गए तथा 120 पौधें रोपित किया गया।
चिरईगांव तहसील क्षेत्र के रामनगर रामनवल चोहान के आवास पर विश्व पर्यावरण दिवस पर गोष्ठी का आयोजन कर उपस्थित ग्रामीणों को पर्यावरण के प्रति जागरूक किया गया।
आम, नीम, बेल, अमरूद, पीपल, साजौन आदि के लगभग 50 पौधों का निःशुल्क वितरण कर उन्हें अपने घर पौधे को लगाने हेतु प्रेरित किया गया।
