Marriage Support to Poor Girls
Under the NSSPS program, all kinds of support and care are provided to girls to prevent child marriage and raise awareness about the importance of education and the development of girl children.
Girls are provided vocational training such as sewing, cutting, beauty, painting, cooking, embroidery, computer education, tailoring, health awareness, etc. to make them self-reliant.
Special efforts are made to stop the practice of child marriage by raising awareness about its negative consequences, and legal aid is also provided when needed.
Poor families are often forced to marry off their daughters early due to poverty and rising expenses.
Because of poverty, social pressure, and dowry-related issues, many people lose their self-confidence and resort to suicide or wrong actions.
Sundar Samaj Parivartan Sansthan, through its Marriage Support Program, provides financial support and organizes collective marriages to help such families.
The organization also provides essential items like clothing, jewelry, utensils, household goods, furniture, beddings, sewing machines, water filters, and more, during the marriage ceremonies of poor girls.
This program has been carried out in various districts including Chandauli, Mirzapur, Sonbhadra, Varanasi, Ghazipur, Ballia, Mau, Jaunpur, Azamgarh, Bhadohi, and nearby rural areas.
The organization has so far supported the marriage of 32 poor girls, providing financial help between ₹9000 to ₹10000 per girl, amounting to a total of ₹2,97,600 under the “Marriage Support to Poor Girls” initiative.

एनजीओ एनएसएसपीएस द्वारा कन्याओं/बालिकाओं को सभी प्रकार के समर्थन और देखभाल प्रदान की जाती है ताकि बाल विवाह पर रोक लगाई जा सके और बालिका उन्नयन तथा उसके प्रति लोगों को जागरूक किया जा सके।
कन्याओं/बालिकाओं को व्यावसायिक प्रशिक्षण देकर स्वावलंबी बनाया जाता है जैसे- सिलाई, कटाई, ब्यूटीशियन, पाक कला, कढ़ाई, कंप्यूटर शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, टेलरिंग आदि।
कन्याओं की विवाह के समय उन्हें समझ देने हेतु लोगों को बाल विवाह के दुष्परिणाम से जागरूक किया जाता है और इसके उन्मूलन में मदद हेतु कन्याओं की शादी के रोक, कानूनी सहायता एवं अन्य प्रकार के समर्थन व देखभाल प्रदान की जाती है।
गरीबी व बढ़ते खर्चे के कारण कई परिवार अपनी बेटियों और बहनों की शादी करने में असमर्थ हैं।
दहेज, सामाजिक दबावों के कारण लोग आत्महत्या करने जैसे रास्ता अपनाने को मजबूर हो जाते हैं।
सुंदर समाज परिवर्तन संस्था गरीबों के विवाह हेतु वित्तीय सहायता तथा सामूहिक विवाह कार्यक्रम का आयोजन करती है।
संस्था द्वारा विवाह के समय कन्याओं को कपड़े, गहने, बर्तन, फर्नीचर, बिस्तर, सिलाई मशीन, वाटर फिल्टर जैसी सामग्री भी दी जाती है।
यह कार्य चंदौली, मिर्जापुर, सोनभद्र, वाराणसी, गाजीपुर, बलिया, मऊ, जौनपुर, आजमगढ़, भदोही तथा आस-पास के ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में किया गया।
संस्था द्वारा अभी तक 32 कन्याओं के विवाह में सहायता प्रदान की गई है, प्रत्येक कन्या को ₹9000 से ₹10000 की सहायता राशि दी गई है।
इस प्रकार सुंदर समाज परिवर्तन संस्था ने "मैरेज सपोर्ट टू पुअर गर्ल्स" कार्यक्रम के तहत कुल ₹2,97,600 की राशि इन विवाहों में सहयोग स्वरूप दी है।
